HUMAN JUDGEMENT. AI SCALE.

Built by People
Who Have Done
the Work.

Paladin AI was founded by two longtime friends, entrepreneurs, and operators who spent their careers solving very different versions of the same problem: How do you use better systems and better technology to help people accomplish more?

AIDA is what happened when those two paths finally converged.

TWO OPERATORS. ONE SHARED CONVICTION.

Different Paths.
Same Direction.

Rob Mitchell and Dr. Aaron Ballou have been friends for more than 15 years. Over that time, both built businesses, led people, solved difficult operating problems, and repeatedly talked about finding the right opportunity to build something together.

The timing was never quite right. Until it was.

Paladin AI wasn't formed because two people wanted to start an AI company.

It was formed because two careers had independently produced ideas that suddenly belonged together.

MEET THE FOUNDERS.

Strategy Meets
Execution.

Different backgrounds. Complementary strengths. And a shared belief that technology should expand what great people are capable of doing.

ROB MITCHELL · FOUNDER & CEO

Building Systems That Move People and Organizations Forward.

Entrepreneur, executive leader, author, inventor, and commercial operator, Mitchell has spent more than two decades building companies, leading organizations, developing people, and studying what causes prospects, teams, and enterprises to move from uncertainty to action.

That work ultimately led him to develop the SDCC Way™, Decision Leadership™, Biological Influence™, Decision Science™, and Decision Performance™ — and eventually to invent Decision Performance Infrastructure™ and the ExecHero Decision Engine™, the proprietary intelligence and governance layer that powers, governs, and instructs AIDA.

Mitchell has influenced more than $1B in decisions across 100+ industries and scaled the #1 Fastest-Growing Healthcare Company and the #4 Fastest-Growing Company Overall in America to $100M+ in annual recurring revenue in just three years.

Dr. Aaron Ballou, Co-Founder and COO of Paladin AI
DR. AARON BALLOU · CO-FOUNDER & COO

Using Technology to Make Great People More Valuable.

Pharmacist, entrepreneur, and operator, Ballou built his career at the intersection of patient care, people, technology, and operational performance.

After being personally selected and mentored by the longtime owner of an established community pharmacy, Aaron became a minority partner, then earned the opportunity to purchase his partner's ownership and become the pharmacy's sole owner. After watching Aaron take the business to levels he never had, the former owner later did something extraordinary: he gave Aaron his second pharmacy.

Aaron consolidated the operations rather than duplicating infrastructure, then invested in robotic pharmacy automation as growth increased — expanding capacity while freeing his people to spend more time with patients, solve problems, build relationships, and provide the kind of care technology could not.

Rather than treating efficiency as an opportunity to diminish people, he used technology to increase what his people and business were capable of doing.

In roughly five years, Ballou grew prescription volume and revenue approximately 6X while operating at roughly 50% below the national average in overhead — using technology not to replace people, but to unleash more of what made them valuable.

THE TIMING FINALLY ALIGNED.

Fifteen Years.
Then Two Weeks.

For more than 15 years, Rob and Aaron had talked about eventually building something together.

They believed their shared values, complementary strengths, and different operating backgrounds could create something neither would build quite the same way alone.

Then one conversation changed the trajectory.

Aaron was evaluating the acquisition of a manufacturing company and asked Rob to look at the opportunity with him.

At the same time, Rob shared what he had been building behind the scenes — years of intellectual property, the ExecHero Decision Engine™, Decision Performance Infrastructure™, and an adaptive revenue-capture system powered by an AI intelligence named AIDA.

The manufacturing acquisition began looking less certain at almost exactly the moment the commercialization of AIDA began looking inevitable.

Three days later, Rob and Aaron were actively exploring whether the opportunity they had talked about for more than a decade had finally arrived.

Roughly two weeks later, Paladin AI was born.

What Rob had originally planned to commercialize through ExecHero became the foundation of Paladin AI's flagship product: AIDA.

Rather than build another company around automation, prospecting, or software, they centered Paladin on what the technology was actually built to do: build stronger relationships and help businesses Convert Clients — faster, more often and at greater scale.

TWO PATHS. ONE COMPANY.

One Built Intelligence
to Better Understand People.
The Other Proved Technology
Could Give People Greater Capacity.

Paladin AI was built at the intersection of those two ideas.

WHAT WE BELIEVE.

AI Should Make
People More Powerful.

The future doesn't belong to machines. It belongs to people and organizations that learn how to use intelligent machines well.

01

Augment Before You Replace.

Start by asking what AI can carry so your people can spend more time doing what makes them valuable.

02

Relationships Still Matter.

Technology should strengthen relationships — not automate the humanity out of them.

03

Intelligence Needs Governance.

The more autonomy AI receives, the more important the intelligence and principles governing it become.

04

Results Matter.

Technology earns its place by producing meaningful improvement: more clients, more revenue, greater capacity, and less wasted effort.

MEET AIDA.

Built by Operators.
Designed for Operators.

Paladin AI was built around a simple conviction: intelligent technology should help businesses grow while increasing what great people are capable of doing.

AIDA is where that conviction becomes operational.
